We understand your concerns about safety and security and want to assure you that we make every effort to safeguard your privacy when you make donations through our giving system.  Our mission is to help you support those most in need and accept your donations – in a convenient and secure manner.
A La Carte respects and protects your privacy and will never sell or rent your personal information to other individuals or companies. The information that you provide us is used only to complete your donation.

Security Policy

A La Carte takes serious care to protect against the loss, misuse and unauthorized alteration of the information under our control. A La Carte helps to protect your information by working with partners that provide a secure and safe environment for credit card donations. All information is stored in a secure database. A La Carte uses Heartland credit card processing firm to ensure this. 

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal or sensitive information transmitted to us. Any transmission of personal or sensitive information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we put in place for your protection.

“Personal information” is data that can be used to uniquely identify or contact a single person. Personal information we collect may include your name, phone number, mailing address, e-mail address and payment information, such as credit card number and expiration date. When you submit payment information to us via the Website, you consent to providing your payment information to us and to our service provider processing the donation to the extent required to collect your donation. When we collect payment information directly from you, we transmit this payment information directly to our service provider

Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise which may change your travel plans. Keeping that in mind, all reservations must be cancelled with a minimum 2 hours’ notice prior to the pickup time for Sedans and SUV only. Vans, Limos, Buses On all out of town pickups at least 2hours plus travel time notice must be given. All other cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. All late cancellations are subject to full trip charges including base rate, hourly minimum charges according to vehicle type, travel time, service fee of 20%, full round trip tolls, parking charges at airport pickups and/or state and local government charges. Taxes may apply. NOTE: Cancellations cannot be made online. You must call our office at 703-242-8833.
